My versa2 is dark and now it will not connect .I could barely see smothering even the time.

@SiskSiskg - chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help support, Contact Customer support. They may take you through a factory reset to check if it's faulty.

If under warranty, 1 or 2 years depending on country law, take it back to the place you brought it for replacement with a new one.

Hi @SiskSiskg - it may need charging if you see nothing

If you see it dim, out of sunlight, try pulling down from the top edge once and then again and click on the 2 white bars to get to Quick Settings and make sure sleep is not enabled because that dims the watch.

It was fully charged and it is still dull even in the house, I changed the face on my versa 2too.

I don't think my versa2is under warranty because I have had it shortly after it came out and I don't remember where I bought it.

My versa 2 died yesterday ,I was at a water park and I couldn't even see the time it was black nothing
