I had the same issue recently and followed all the instructions set out and eventually it worked again. I have done the same this time and even changed the clock face (to another SPO2 one) but still nothing. It is worn in the correct place and is tight enough. The sensor is clean. I do not have any tattoos. It is updated and synced as is the mobile phone I use with it. It's getting very frustrating.

I'm having the same problem, and it's interesting that this began after the new year - no readings after 12/31. The app and device are syncing, so there's no need to "reconnect" or reboot the phone or Fitbit device. There are no Fitbit updates nor updates for the clock face recently. I'm seeing the SPO2 reading on the device clock face but not stored in the app itself on my smartphone. This must be an internal Fitbit issue because of the "year end" timing.
