Verse 2 Lite not syncing Bitmoji watchface

I tried to download the Bitmoji watchface that says “By Fitbit” because I didn’t trust third party watchfaces. That was several months ago. It will not sync to my watch, even though I have tried to do it several times. I have reset my watch, logged out of my app, restarted my phone. Nothing is working. I don’t even want the watchface anymore but the app will not let me delete it. It sends me notifications incessantly that my watch will not sync, but no matter what I try I can’t get it to stop. It won’t sync, it won’t stop trying to install it, and it won’t stop sending me notifications.
