My verse 3 won't charge says it below operating temperature

Obvious bit of information you did not supply: Are you out in the cold or in an ice cream or meat freezer?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

No I'm not out in the cold or in cold working conditions, it came up with it last night when I was at home. I have put it into a different USB plug, cleaned the charger and the bk of the fitbit. Followed all the steps I have read before posting still no joy
