I have the versa synced to my iPhone and everything carries over except my weight. I can enter the weight on the versa but it doesn’t carry over to the app and now I can’t even enter it on the versa as it says I’ve reached the max input and please sync to app. What am I supposed to do now?

@Par-par Try logging out and back in to Fitbit mobile app with a reboot of your phone and versa (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until fitbit logo appears). Sync several times. If this does not help, reinstall fitbit app, reboot both devices, place versa in the charger and sync several times.

I tried this several times with no luck. Removed app twice, restarted both devices numerous times, sync’d them numerous times and still nothing.
No the suggestions did not resolve the weight sync issue.

Hi, it all the above suggestions did not work for you, the only thing that's left for you is to perform a Factory Reset. Please relalize that after this procedure, you will need to setup your Versa all over again with your mobile device, cause it acts as being brand new and still being in the box. Good luck. Click the link and the entire procedure is explained there.

I've had a hard time with my fitbit since I got it, resetting, rebooting, you name it. I've done a factory reinstall by myself and many different types of reboots, and app deinstallations and reinstallations. When Again my walking wasn't recorded properly - I called Fitbit. He had me do another factory reinstall, as well as deinstall the App and reinstall it. Now it not only doesn't track right, but the watch doesn't know my weight while the App does. I again tried rebooting, logging out, rebooting the phone. The watch IMO doesn't respond properly - sometimes refusing to scroll, and is now broken in a new way (no weight) after doing everything with your company over the phone.
