Hi, my new versa 2 is running on version 35.68.9.15.
when I check on my profile there is no update option but there is more up to date versions.
anyone know how I can update?

@PLyons83 Fitbit rolls out firmware updates progressively. Often, there is an Update Available notice when you add your new device to you account, but not always. It might take a day or two or more for the update to make its way to you.
Recently, my husband put my Ionic on his account, as I now use a Versa 2. The firmware was seven updates out of date. He got an Update Tracker notice the next day. But it only updated by three updates. It took close to another week to get an update for the remaining four. Be patient.

Thanks for your response, I have had the versa two for a few days now and not received any update notifications.
as i am on version 35.68.9.15 how many versions behind the current update am I?
And will the new updates eventually come through?

@PLyons83 The current version is 35.70.7.21 and you are two versions out of date. I think and hope it will come to you as a single update.
I asked my fellow Community Council members if there is a way to force a firmware update. Seven updates was really out of date. There doesn't seem to be a way, so my advice is to be patient. If nothing happens, feel free to contact Support. I know this can be frustrating because you can't download certain apps unless you have the current firmware.
