I have been noticing my Versa 2 has been losing thousands of steps at a time. It happens fairly often, at least once a week. For example, this morning during a hike, I reached my goal-- fireworks, vibrating, celebration, YAY. Fast foreward an hour or two, I look at my device to see I now only have 9 thousand something steps!! I tried logging off of app, restarting, etc. This is very frustrating to me. I have had to buy a new Fitbit approx every 11 months for the past 8 years due to some problem or another. Any suggestions?!
