Vertical lines on screen

I've had my Versa since January. Last Friday I noticed vertical lines on the screen then an hour or so later the screen was completely black. At the time my watch was fully charged, but i put it back on the charger.  I have tried several times to reboot it, but have yet to be successful.  Suggestions are welcome as I actually miss all of the stats.
