Very disappointed

My watch stopped tracking HR and of course sleep since it cant track HR. The lights on the back don't even flash anymore. Customer service wasn't helpful. I did all the things they recommended and nothing works.  I'm beyond frustrated as I've only had it for 2 years and now it tracks steps and that's all. What an expensive pedometer 🙄. No other solutions were offered and since it's no longer in warranty I'm just out of luck. I'm not impressed with the customer service at all.

My Versa 2 had the screen pop off, and since it’d been 15 months, support told me I could get another foot 35% off, and numerous other folks on the forums said no warranty for the replacement. The last straw for me were the white lines that came across my display this morning, and there doesn’t appear to be a fix.  Needless to say my wife told me to get the Garmin I want since I’ve used Fitbit stuff since 2015, and this is the second expensive one that flaked out.
