How do I get my Versa3 to notify me every mile when I walk. I’ve tried everything to make the voice cues work to no avail.

@herminda Here are the steps:
That's it. Your Versa 3 will vibrate when you reach each mile. You will see a screen for 10-15 seconds or so with your split detail. You will also see your splits detail in the summary on the screen before before you End on the screen.

Hello @herminda and welcome to the Community. The Versa 3 only gives vibration cues when you use the Exercise app on the device itself. Voice cues are available when you track the walk from the app, using a feature called MobileRun. This is an older Fitbit feature, one for trackers that don't have exercise apps. A major drawback of this feature is that you don't get heart rate data in your exercise details.

Thank you so much LZeeW . That was very helpful. Can you also give me directions using the phone app for voice cues?

@herminda Here are the steps:
There is one thing you MUST do if you use this feature. All of this tracking is done from the phone -- this is an older feature that doesn't "know" there is a Fitbit on the account -- my son is an experienced software engineer and he can explain it. If you are going to use this feature, you must turn off walk in your auto exercise list. Do the following. Tap on your profile picture > Swipe up to Activity & Wellness > Exercise >Walk > toggle auto-recognize to OFF. Your walk will get counted twice, unless you turn this off.
Like I wrote, if you use this feature, you will see "Not enough heart rate data" in the exercise details.
