When I view the map after my walks around the local park, it just shows a straight line at various different angles each time, and not my route around the park. Is this an issue with the gps in the app? Or the device? Or blind spots? Flummoxed

Hi
Just wondering did your problem resolve?
I am having the same problem on my Versa 2.
It used to show the full map and distance walked but it appears to be cutting in and out now and the map either shows straight lines or the map does not appear at all on the fitbit app.
My GPS is set to allow all the time.
There was no problem when I got the versa 2 to begin with but this problem happens all the time now.
Don't know what I can do to fix it.

Hello @Fifietta and welcome to the Community. The Versa 2 has connected GPS, meaning it uses the GPS sensors in your phone. A map like yours generally means you missed a phone setting somewhere. Please review the exercise section in the Versa 2 manual and this Help article: How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device? Also, make sure your phone isn't in a low power mode.

I tried to log on ages ago to reply to you and it wouldn't let me. I've come to the conclusion that the problem may lie with my phone. I've gone through everything suggested by the person who responded and I still have the same issues, but when I tried it on my partner's iPhone it worked perfectly well.
I have a Huwawei and my versa 2 sometimes tells me gps is not connected, so I really don't know what's going on. It's frustrating

I've gone through everything suggested, but still have the same problem and my Versa 2 sometimes tells me GPS is not connected even when my phone says it is. I tried connecting to my partner's iPhone and there was no problem, so can only come to the conclusion that it's my phone and that it loses connection sometimes? In any case it's an absolute pain!
