Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if you receive such message on the Fitbit app in your phone or the device itself? Did you tried to setup Fitbit Wallet in the past? When was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your device. Also, if possible, please send me a picture/screenshot of the message you receive for a better understanding. Please refer to this post for instructions of how to attach an image into your post.
