Hello I have a brand new versa 2

the wallet feature does not appear on the app

Hello @Rbarriekelly and welcome to the Community.  Your Versa 2 came with the firmware from when it was manufactured.  You might have gotten an update when you activated it, but not to the latest version.  The current firmware is v.35.72.1.3.  First, wait and see if it appears when you are fully updated.
