I have had my watch for over a year. It seems like I have had a different fitbit for the last 6 years with it only lasting a year and half in between. Now the face on my versa lite has detached from the rest of the watch...this is a first never had this happen on any of the other ones. Normally they just stop working. Can anyone help me please.

This happened to me too. In the past year I have had about 4 Fitbits, each with a fault. To have the face just detach is infuriating
