Watch keeps freezing

My versa 2 keeps freezing, leaving me unable to swipe sideways or up and down to access the various features. Have to regularly reset by holding in the side button etc. 

Also now prone to turning off mid exercise/ editting the exercise setting completely.

Also, I cannot get the touchscreen to work.  It seems to have gotten worse since I received o2 readings.
