My Fitbit has been receiving texts/calls since I bought it months ago. However now it’s just suddenly stopped. I have rebooted, I have reloaded the app, checked numerous times, the notifications are switched on correctly and they are. Connected to wifi etc etc.. very frustrating!! Please help…

Hi thanks @Guy_ @it was on sleep mode.. no idea how that happened… however notifications still not being received. I’ll reset / reload again and see if that all works now. Unless you have any other ideas? Thanks!

Do you also happen to have an iPhone and did this start after the last iOS upgrade? Also happened to me. Syncing not pairing, no texts coming through. Watch battery draining due to all the failed pairing attempts.

If you reinstalled the App you will need to setup Notifications and App Notifications again anyway.
If that is done, try receiving a notification with the Fitbit App open on the screen, and see if it appears on the watch. Perform the same test with it closed. It might help isolate the cause.
Hi @CJG1313 =- effectively there was a problem with the 3.64 app version but 3.66 is now available.
