So I have done everything that I have read on here to do to reset my Fitbit and to update it to the new firmware and nothing is working it keeps telling me update failed. I haven't even had my Fitbit for 2 months I am seriously so aggravated and am to the point I just want a refund... Please someone give me some hope.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the difficulty you're experiencing with updating your watch. Thank you for your troubleshooting efforts. I am sorry that you are going through this situation, I totally understand how you are feeling. I recommend to plug the charging cable into a computer and update over Bluetooth again.
