Water inside Fitbit Versa 2

I noticed during my bath last night that my watch wasn't on. Thinking it had just died, I put it in to charge...but when removed from charger a little while later to turn back on...watch was hot and wouldn't turn on. It was working fine and haven't had any problems before then. I can clearly see condensation in the back on the senors and no surfaces are cracked. Suggestions?

I got an email of your response from community and support but I haven't received anything else? Is it due to limited support staff or did I miss something? I'm in the middle of training and hate to go buy buy a new watch if I can get this one repaired. 🥺🥺

The same thing happened to me last night. My watch just stopped working, I tried charging it, and noticed visible condensation inside. There is no way to contact customer service other than this.

Hey...my watch was replaced in June (thank you Fitbit!) and now won't stay on unless on the charger and it shows 99% on the charger...but dies when off. 😞 Suggestions? New charger? Am I out of luck? This is the new one that the other was replaced with 😞
