VERSA 3 with Android ... I want to use waterlock without recording a workout. Specifically, I want to play in the pool and not worry about damage. Is this possible? Lots about waterlock in forum but not this, I looked. I am new to the forum though. Thanks!!

Hi @WildFl0wer - look in the forums, given the number of incidents of water getting in watches, probably best to avoid getting it wet at all.

Hello @WildFl0wer and welcome to the Community. I think there is a lot of misunderstanding about Fitbit's water lock feature. The water lock prevents water from activating the screen when you are in the shower or swimming. Help article Fitbit's water resistance is by design. Fitbit has released eight models that are water resistant/waterproof to 50 m that don't have a water lock. But I agree that there are posts about damage after water contact within Fitbit's specifications.
The Versa 3 doesn't have a manual water lock. But again, the purpose of the water lock is to keep water from activating the screen.
