My versa 2 screen just peeled off and hung on the wires. I have never wet or dropped a watch, and always used it with a screen protector.

Oh how awful @GenaGar! 


My only advice would be to call Fitbit Customer Service:https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US.
