Hi, maybe stupid question, but did you enable GPS on your phone? The Versa uses your phone's GPS to determine changing locations. If you have and you know where your going, go to the weather app, press settings and after that press "Add city" and enter the data of the location where you're going to.

Phone doesn’t have a problem gps is on, Fitbit did do current place but
some reason or an other doesn’t now, not sur what happen
