Yes, I have iPhone XS MAX iOS13, and I have a Fitbit Versa 2. I purchased a watch face, went through all the directions and I was emailed a key number which I pasted in the key area, however, the weather still won’t update. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
@jheagy-55 I am assuming you mean the weather icon on the clockface. This is a 3rd party integration problem. Please open your fitbit mobile app, go to clocks section, tap on the clockface you have purchased and use Contact Developer link provided there. The developer of the clockface should be able to address the issue. Thx
