Hi @Gram23,

You need to download the Fitbit app onto your phone and log in.  Turn your BT on.  If you haven't done so already, you need to set up your Versa 3 on your account (Go to your Account Settings (top left corner of your app) then "Set Up A New Device" followed by Versa 3 and then follow the prompts).  Once the Versa 3 setup is complete, you should be able to open the "Weather" app on your Versa 3 by swiping up.  It should show you the weather.  If you want to see it again, you will need to have your app running in the background with the BT turned on.

When I go to the weather app on my watch it says " No weather data available, sync to fitbit mobile app to update"  I did that and chose my city but it still does not work.  Any more help is appreciated.

I also restarted my fitbit app on phone and restarted my watch and nothing synced.

 - Weather app needs special permissions Tap here and check your phone (you tap)

 - No weather data available.  Sync the Fitbit Mobile app to update

I'm stuck

I was having the same problem. I solved it by going to Settings on my phone and finding the Fitbit app and turn on Location. This was on an iPhone 12. Should be similar on Android

Hey Thanks! My setting said 'while using' and when I switched it to 'always' back came the weather.

Do you have Location Permissions allowed for the Fitbit app?  I have an Android too and was wondering why I couldn't get mine to work.  Turns out, I forgot to turn on these permissions!

No, I have not. Since the update it stopped working. I did all the suggestions in this feed. It just doesn’t work anymore.
I hope they fix it.

Mine is set for location all the time, but my Android will NOT provide the weather.  SO frustrating.  At least I know I'm not alone.  Why isn't Fitbit addressing this problem?

Hi @KattC103 -  pay attention to cities in the weather app - see How to change Temperature - for Weather, Centigrade - Fahrenheit, Versa 3
