Wellness Report

Will the Wellness Report ever work or should I cancel my Premium and buy another smartwatch?

Working fine as far as I know.  What is the problem?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Doesn't work at all...been dealing with fitbit staff for just about a
month...thinking it may never work...why do you say it is working g fine?
Can't get ANYONE to say it works (actual users not fitbit staff)...

Do you have Premium?

Did you go to 'Discover' tab and tap on 'Wellness Reports', then 'Preview Report, then 'Request my Report'?   Get a message wellness report on its way?  Get  a message

"Notification - Your wellness report is ready! Check it out"?

Then click View?  My choice there is to use 'Share', then email it to myself, and open PDF on PC to see on bigger screen, or print.

 

If you can tell which steps, if any, you were able to do, maybe we can find the problem, or maybe you don't want to bother.

 

I just generated and got a report succesfully (I am not Fitbit employee, just a user trying to help other users), although I certainly admit locating and accessing the report is not as straightforward is one might hope.

Thanks for response...I can do all the steps until I want to share or download...it goes into an endless loop...I have let it run for hours...you are the first person who said the report works...Sent via the Samsung Galaxy Note9, an AT&T 5G Evolution capable smartphone

So you do get to the screen below?  Then it goes into a loop?

Is that before or after you were able to tap on either choice?  If you are able to do 'Download PDF', I can guide to where it is on phone.

I am also on Android so it's not an Android/OS issue.
