I received a replacement Versa Lite yesterday and upon setting it up, I am noticing the settings other options to be missing/at different places.
The fitbit app shows the firmware version to be 38.33.1.30
I don't know whether it is the latest one or not and upon researching a bit on this, I am seeing versions upto 70. I am not sure if it's device/country/region specific or not but I need to find out because I am unable to find options like Do Not Disturb and Sleep Mode. Also, the quick settings view is completely different and the quick controls that used to show up on swiping from top (to get the notifications) is missing.
My original device was not working since mid of Jan and I received the replacement after a full MONTH so I don't know if there has been any firmware updates that have led to this. Also, the screen is flickering when set to auto brightness
Please help.

@JohnnyRowThanks for that. Having seen the current firmware version for Versa Lite (which is 38.70.7.14), is not what I have, I am wondering why I am not getting the firmware update itself. On my last device I had already received that update because I had the "Smart Wake" feature and the multiple clock faces option.
Why won't it give me the update?

Did you find a solution to this? I'm still having this issue and having virtually no success updating my Fitbit.

Did you get an answer for this? I got the Fitbit as Mother’s Day present and I have the same problem. The Firmware is also the same. It is very frustrating i can’t find any answers!

Hello @ClaireGar and Welcome to the Community forum. The current firmware for the Versa Lite is 38.72.1.5. You added on to a rather old thread. Can you please describe your issue?

Exactly as LPShreyas says in the start of this thread. I’ve been on the live chat to ask for help. Apparently I just have to wait a few days to see if the updates become available to me. Very annoying!
