What's with the SPO2 clock face?

I have a Versa 2 and installed an update several weeks ago. I've been trying to install the clock face for the 12 hours, off and on.  All I get is the little bar going back and forth.  Is the server just overloaded?  Is it even available?

I am in the USA and support just told me it's not available in here yet.
