When is Fitbit releasing a fix to all the problems since the latest update?

I am at my wit's end with my Versa 2 since I updated it a week ago. Several phone calls to customer service, community posts and reading hundreds of other users who are in the same boat but still no resolution to inaccuracy in data tracking. All this while, Fitbit has neither acknowledged the problems nor said a word about any resolution other than we'll send you a replacement AFTER I send them my Versa and they receive it back! I have escalated as I want refund - my fitbit is just past 45 day return period. I don't want another piece of xxxx. Regardless of replacement, I am looking at now buying an Apple watch! Thanks for nothing, Fitbit!

Disappointing that Fitbit are ignoring their loyal customers who will take their money elsewhere if this is not fixed soon. I am getting fed up with the short life cycle of Fitbit devices. Wish I’d spent a bit extra and invested in a reliable tracker that would have lasted me years not months (charge 3 lasted 11 months; versa 2 lasted 6 weeks) 😞

I'm exactly the same so fed up with the inaccurate data. I've had 2 fitbits in the space of a year. The first 8 months the second 4 months. I now wake up once a week at least with thousands of steps added at 3.30am  and it also does not track my exercise. Next time I'm definitely choosing another make.
