Where is my replacement?!

On the 10th of November I asked for a replacement for my Fitbit. I sent it following the instructions and it was received on the 17th of November. Today is the 5th of December and it hasn't even been sent by Fitbit yet! I have asked so many times and I have no response :S 

I just want my Fitbit back
