Slide up problem

My versa 2 slide up function is no longer showing statuses. I’ve tried rebooting several times but nothing. Any suggestions?

Hi @100370 - this may be due to a corrupted software of the Today app (or even the Settings app too) and a factory reset and re setup is required to reinstall both of them which isn't without risk.

If you decide to go ahead, sync the watch, then use factory reset from the Settings menu and wait 5 minutes for it to complete and then do the setup in the app again.

You can always chat via the Fitbit App, Help & support section, Contact Customer support if you need to do a button factory reset.

I did a factory reset. My slide up function worked for several hours but has now failed.

@100370 - there may be a hardware fault but try the following

Turning off always on icon in quick settings 

changing your clock face if you reverted to your usual clock face after the factory reset.

 a watch restart and sync with the Fitbit App

Rerun the setup and replace

or another factory reset  and rerun the setup and replace.
