I think it's pretty odd that when you make a call directly from your phone to use your watch, you cant take the call on your watch. It only allows you to use your watch if you are receiving a call. You also don't have a keypad to make calls from the watch. It only opens a keypad when you are already on a call. There is absolutely no point in the watch having a useless keypad if there's no ability to make phone calls from it. Will fitbit release an update to fix this?

It's been this way since the feature first launched almost a year ago, so unfortunately I wouldn't hold out too much hope. Apparently there is a firmware update rolling out at the moment, so we can see if this has introduced the feature. Unfortunately Fitbit doesn't seem to release any change logs, so it's impossible to know exactly what is in the update.
