@Abs41987 Could you please elaborate which application you're talking about? Are you using a 3rd party clockface that asks you to purchase it (PRO version)? Or are you talking about an application on your phone? If yes, then which one? Fitbit mobile app does not ask for purchases. The only PRO/Premium subscriptions are offered via Fitbit Coach app. Please provide us with more details.

I have to agree with @Marrrmaduke could you post a screen shot @Abs41987.. Fitbit only offers one app for each type of phone and the app is free?
