Why is isn’t not showing

So I’ve been using my versa 3 for 2 days now, and on the first day it was fine. But I woke up today and when I scroll down to see my steps, distance, floors etc. there isn’t anything and it’s black. I know it’s there because when I click it shows up. It’s just black but I can still click. Why is this?

I'm not seeing black, but I'm no longer seeing a steps tab at all 😞

Hi @grossarl - have you tried  logging out if the Fitbit App andrestarting your phone and watch which may also need charging.

Hi @EPPack  - logout of the Fitbit App and login again and click on Edit (top right) - there you can select what goals show and move them around, and also select which tiles show if you scroll down.

You have my deepest sympathies.  Unfortunately you have bought a device that is a failure on several levels. And while I haven't experienced your particular problem I've have had plenty of others. I really laothe the Versa 3 and and the Fitbit brand and very much regret that a Versa3 is currently strapped to my wrist.   However, I hope you do find resolution to your problem, but in all seriousness, based on my and many others experience, I doubt you will.

Didn't work. I'd just updated my FBit app on android to version 3.65.1.fitbit-mobile-365670xxx for my Versa 3, which had been working just fine, but I no longer see a Steps tab, my Sleep Stats, my wifi choice, and possibly others, not sure. The app note here says the new version is 3.66xxx but that's not what the PlayStore has.

The device display itself looks the same. I tried an app reinstall but it looks the same. Has the app changed that much with this update? Do those parameters / options still exist? If not, it's useless to me now 😞

@EPPack - did you also logout of the Fitbit App and clear the storage cache and force stop it?
