I've had my Versa for several months. It continually does not sync. I have reinstalled the app, reconnected to the Wi-Fi & Bluetooth, deleted & reconnected the device. I am at a loss at what to do. Any advice?

Hi @nwscubagirl What phone are you using? Is iton the Supported Devices List?
