Won't pair/sync

I've had my versa since the 19th of Febuary. I mainly bought it for the CHR/sleep tracking. Those worked good. The step accuracy is quite bad, talking it will count while I'm cutting things, or literally sitting and watching a movie. A month or so ago, it would not sync, a few restarts of my phone fixed it eventually. Then it happened again maybe 3 weeks after, same thing worked. However, today it will not sync, and will not pair. I've restarted the fitbit more than a dozen times, as well as my phone, nope. It did pair and then sync after removing it from account twice, but then after it sync'd, it was done. Time on the watch would gradually get behind more and more till it is eventually 2 hours 30 minutes behind the actual time here. Tried a different phone, did not work. Tried my PC, worked once. This seems like a very common issue, no? 

But any ideas? I don't know what to try anymore, I've done every possible thing that I'm aware of.

Hi @Orlyy0056 Syncing issues are really demoralising. Having said that though, my Versa has always synced really well as long as it is the only tracker on my account (it doesnt like competition!) What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

Try all the  suggestions in THIS Help Article on syncing issues incase there are things there you haven't tried.

I have an S8, zero other trackers connected to my account. Yes, I've done all of that and to no avail, unfortunately. Gave up, did a factory reset, and now it's done lol. Won't show up on any phone, or any PC.

I have an S8 too and it works well. I think you might need to contact Support Contact Support

I have, we will see what happens I guess, emailed them before starting this thread. 

 

So it did end up connecting, and updating after 10 factory resets; but after update was done, it's back to not connecting/syncing. Also, the HR monitor is completely inaccurate now. It currently says it's at 163, where as my friends versa says 92, and my s8 says 90. Still no reply to my email though :(.
