Won’t pair

Had my Versa 6 months. Wore my versa in lazy river, first time ever had it in water. Screen went black and wouldn’t turn on.  Later charged it and turned on ok but now won’t sync or pair with any phone. Tried everything including factory reset of versa still won’t pair.
