Won't turn on

My fitbit has been charging for a few hours. It won't turn on and the back isn't blinking. It's absolutely doing nothing. Anyone have this happen and know a quick fix? I've only had it for a couple of months.

Hello @weezyrn 

You can “try” to restart your Versa 3. Just press down and hold the Versa 3 button until you see the Fitbit Logo then release the button. You will feel the Bersa 3 vibrate indicating the Versa 3 did indeed restart. Hopefully this works. If not, because your Versa 3 remains completely unresponsive, I’d suggest calling Fitbit Customer Service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US

Hi @weezyrn  - if starting it with the button does not work the battery may be flat and it's not charging.

 

The main reasons for that can be the 4 contacts on the watch need cleaning or commonly the charge cable is faulty - see the steps to do in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
