Wont sync and telling the wrong time

for the last 3 days the fitbit versa wont sync and my watch is telling thr wrong time for example is 12.10pm and my watch is saying 10am 

This is getting on my nervous i restated my fone uninstall the app and added back nothing working

Hi i tryed all these steps still not working. So frustrating now cause its
now been 4 days

Mine has wrong time Since June 30, 2020 Will Not Sync No Matter what Steps you Take Period.

When i brought a cheap fitness watch never had this issue since had fitbit
last year had few issues
