Worst watch ever

I baught fitbit versa 3 a week ago,

1.first of all it disconnects  every ten minutes...

2.The clock faces does load the page shows error...

3.You cannot download any necessary app from fitbit store 

Tbh one can get a far better opinion in this price rang...

Fitbit support is **ahem**...

That's why people prefer iWatch,quite disappointing Fitbit.

Hi @Reyon  - you seem to have multiple issues which are causing problems but they might stem from phone configuration issues, rather than the watch.

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help with the changes necessary to get your watch working as it should..

Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
