Zablokován hodinky

Dobrý den mám nové hodinky fitbit Versa 2. Hodinky se mi bohužel zablokovali, protože jsem si nezapamatovala pin a nemám je ještě spárování z mobilním telefonem. Prosím o radu jak je odblokovat. Děkuji za radu
