Zero Steps Walk

Hello,

I went for a 13 min walk, this was automatically logged as an exercise and steps were added to my overall step count, but when I click on the exercise, it's stating that the walk accounted for ZERO of my total steps. Is this a glitch?

@PClark82 Does it look the same on fitbit.com or only in the fitbit mobile app? It seems like your heart rate wasn't recorded either (judging by calorie burn). Just in case, reboot your tracker several times by pressing left and bottom right buttons until fitbit logo appears. This was probably a glitch.

Thank you - no heart rate recorded for most of the day, so that must have been it. I contacted customer support and did a restart before I saw your message - thanks for the help! 🙂
