how do i add stats to clock face....battery life step count heart rate

You have to change to a different clock face that shows whatever stats you want.  From phone dashboard, click 'Account' icon near top right, then 'Versa', then 'Clock Faces', then 'All Clocks', and pick out one you like.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
