bitmoji animations wont sync

Hello,

I am ready to return my versa lite sadly as I cannot get the animated bitmojis to work. I get the half face on the clock but no animation for goals etc. I have tried every tip ive seen online over the past 3 days but I am ready to return.

Any one have a valid fix for this. I love the watch otherwise.

Hi, I would advice you the following:

1. Stop using the Bitmoji cause a lot of users complain about it and have problems with it.

2. There are way better clock faces than bitmoji. I would suggest you to try the "The One Digital". As far as I know it's also available for the Lite version. Although it's a payed clock face (only 1.1$), you can try it out for 30 hours without being charged. It's highly customazible and also very battery friendly due to it's size of only 16 kB. It consist of two screens:

1. The home display, which you can customize all the way you want (I have on my home display only the logo, name of the clock and time and date, nothing else. No stats, which is possible.

2. A slight press on the home display, brings you to the stats screen, that appears immediately, contrary to the Today screen which takes about 2-3 secs to load. The stats screen is also customizable to your personal needs. Try it out during the 30 hours trial period and I'm convinced you will get addicted to it, just like I am.

The Bitmoji's are not animated. They change through out the day but they dont move like animation does.

As the the animation for goal it also comes with the watch face and it shows a Big Hooray type image again its not animated.

No reason to return there are several other watch faces to choose from
