calendar reminders coming through fitbit at wrong time

I receive my calendar reminders on my fitbit.  These are set on my calendar for 9:00 am.  This morning they came through my fitbit at 5:00 am and woke me up.  Any idea why this happened and how I can fix as I need my sleep 🙂

Hi, restart your Versa 4-5 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons.
