My Versa is less than six months old. Occasionally, the screen will turn into a bright white light, or will have a frosty edge surrounding the screen. With either issue, I can't access any functions. As far as I know it still keeps up with my steps, heart rate, etc.
Seperately, I am having issues with the fitbit randomly skipping through all the apps. It ill flash back and forth between every app and I can't get it to stop, no matter what I do.
I have reset it before and it doesn't seem to help. Any advice??

Hi, try restarting your Versa 4-5 times in a row by pressing and holding the left en right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons.
