i have used different dongles to try to sync and it wont sync on windows 10, and i tried to pair to my phone which is a samsung galaxy 7 and it wont pair on that whats going on?
i am now doing a removal and re adding to see if it fixes the issue if not i will be contacting fitbit for a replacement, becauase i had no issue with this til today

also for your information you might want to disable the wireless dongle if you have a pc that doesnt have bluetooth sync using your phone i found that out thanks!
