i've already unsaved the clock faces on the app but it's still appearing on my versa 2. i already did a soft reset (shutting it down) but it's not working. any help would be very appreciated.

Is it that the wrong clock face is the main display?  If so, did you select another to take its place?

Or do you mean they still show as saved clock faces and you want get rid of the evidence that you formerly used them?  In this case, maybe you have to download other clock faces to overwrite the ones you want to eliminate

i did select another clock face to replace it.i just want those that i
formerly downloaded to be completely removed from my fitbit. if i do
download another clock face and end up unsaving them, i’m afraid they will
still show up

I'm not surprised the way it is working for you.  I think it is going to keep the 5 most recent clock faces, and if you want some of them gone, you will have to download enough to replace them.

I'm not necessarily saying I think it should work that way, but I'm not surprised it does.  If you would like it not to work like that, you can make that suggestion on the

Features Suggestions board.
