I reset my versa 2 to factory defaults in its settings. the screen now says download the fitbit app. Everything else is gone.

I looked on my iphone, and the device was not paired, so I deleted it, and then added it. My iphone found the device, but for some reason it can't connect.

When you do a factory rest you wipe the device clean. Were you trying to fix something?

 

Delete if it still shows, uninstall the app, reboot the phone and reinstall the app and try setting up like a new device.
