I cant get to the settings menu to factory reset.  If I try holding the 3 buttons together to reset it doesn't work.  How can I get the regular settings instead of quick settings?

Try a Restart the proper way and do it several times if necessary.

I got it to factory reset but does the same thing it wont swipe. so you
cant get to settings only quick settings. They need to fix this issue!
