after I transfered to my fitbit to my google account Aug 17th it has not synced and now the time is not right on the fitbit how do i sync everything again I have tried uninstalling fitbit app turned off and on bluetooth and have restarted my phone several times nothing is working and it also is not recording any of my activities. what can i do this has already taken up several hours.

They pushed an app update in late July that seems to have sent many Versa 2s into a reboot loop. Once mine started the reboot loop, the time was wrong and it wouldn't sync. Is your watch responding to touch? My screen stopped responding to touch as well.
FitBit's only response was basically, "sorry, your Versa 2 is out of warranty. Buy a new one." No thanks, not going to waste my money with such a company.
