firmware update for versa 2

A few weeks ago my Versa 2 stopped allowing me to swipe or press any of the buttons on my screen. Then in the middle of an exercise Sunday last week it told me I needed a firmware update. I have tried updating this every single day since last Sunday, and I have completed all of the troubleshooting. 

I have even tried to connect to fitbit connect on my computer and nothing is working. 

I just got this watch for Christmas and I am very upset that it is not working as I am walking/running frequently and would like to be able to keep up with my exercises. 

 

What can I do?

Hi @myjenta  Have you tried everything in THIS Help Article on update problems? If not give it a try. Then if it still wont update then contact Customer Support
